This quote stands out to me. It is not an easy thing to start a business. I often get scared of what's to come next. To avoid screwing up on duty, I take on the stressful task of trying to make everything perfect before hand. But truthfully, that is not how success works. Not for everyone at least. The most successful people had to take chances and knock down doors no matter what was on the other side. They got bumps and bruises and kept on moving.

This is the example that I want to set for the artists that I take under my wing. Life is not perfect, you will fail sometimes. That's okay! What defines you is how you respond. My team will not give up, nor will we walk around with our heads held down. Instead we will overcome. When we hear no, we will find another way, or pave a new way. We stand out and lead by example.

I for one, will start by not waiting for opportunities to happen, but by creating them. I will be successful because of you all. All who will give their experience, time, support, and most of all abilities. In return, we will grow and succeed together. Always remember to be the author of your own life.
